You can contact the airport for all general enquires on 902 404 704 or 91 321 10 00. Remember that if you are calling from outside of Spain, you will need to add the international dialling code of +34 or 0034 before this number. All the operators speak English sufficiently, so if you are unable to speak Spanish you will not have a problem. There is also a general enquires email address if you prefer not to call. This is pmi_reclamaciones@aena.es.

In addition to the general enquiries number, there are also direct numbers for a number of services. A list of these are given below, and we recommend that you check this list first to see if there is a direct number for the service you are enquiring about.

If you have lost or damaged luggage, you will need to contact you baggage handling agent and not the Lost & Found Office. The Lost & Found Office only deal with items lost within the terminal building, and not luggage lost during transit.

Baggage Handlers
